Our pharmacy partners operate under FDA-registered, state-licensed 503a and 503b compounding designations with rigorous quality controls.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the process.

Do I need to visit a clinic or doctor's office in person?
No. OrderlyPeptides is a fully online telehealth platform. You complete your health intake from the comfort of your home, and a licensed physician reviews your information remotely. No clinic visits, no waiting rooms, no scheduling hassles. If additional information or lab work is needed, your physician will let you know.
How long does the intake-to-delivery process take end to end?
Most patients receive their peptides within 5–7 business days of completing their intake. Here's the typical timeline: intake completion (5 minutes), physician review (24–48 hours), pharmacy compounding and dispatch (48 hours), and standard shipping (2–3 business days). Expedited shipping options may be available depending on your location.
What if the physician determines I'm not a good candidate?
Your safety is always the priority. If the reviewing physician determines that a peptide protocol isn't appropriate for you based on your health history, medications, or other factors, they will explain the reasoning clearly. You will not be charged for the consultation, and the physician may suggest alternative approaches or recommend follow-up with your primary care provider.
Can I consult with the prescribing physician if I have questions during my protocol?
Yes. Ongoing physician access is part of the OrderlyPeptides experience. If you have questions about dosing, side effects, or protocol adjustments while on your regimen, you can message your prescribing physician through the secure patient portal. Our medical team is committed to supporting you throughout your entire protocol.
What states is OrderlyPeptides available in?
OrderlyPeptides is currently available in the majority of U.S. states. Availability depends on telehealth regulations and physician licensing in your state. When you begin the eligibility questionnaire, we'll confirm whether services are available in your location before you proceed.
How does billing and subscription management work?
Your protocol operates on a monthly subscription. Each month's fee covers physician oversight, your prescription, pharmacy compounding, and shipping — all included in one transparent price. You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through the patient portal. There are no hidden fees and no long-term commitments.
What does "compounded" mean and is it safe?
Compounding is the process of creating customized medications tailored to a patient's specific prescription. Our partner pharmacies hold 503a and/or 503b designations, meaning they are FDA-registered and comply with stringent state and federal quality standards. All ingredients are USP-grade, and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every batch. Compounded peptides are safe when prescribed by a licensed physician and prepared by an accredited pharmacy.
Can I combine multiple protocols or switch protocols after starting?
Yes, in many cases. Your physician can evaluate whether combining protocols (for example, a Recovery Stack alongside a Clarity Stack) is appropriate for your health profile. Protocol switches are also possible — simply message your physician through the patient portal, and they'll assess whether a change is safe and beneficial. Any adjustments always require physician approval.
